Based on our strength & conditioning methodology’s prescription of “constantly varied functional movement .” Our functional fitness workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and duration to create unparalleled results. Our strength & conditioning classes build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life.

How SWEAT is structured:The premium program "Built to Perform" is our additional strength and bodybuilding program. Built to perform is designed to increase physical strength, increase time under tension, increase maximal lift capabilities, and increase athleticism.
This class is structured to run 3 days a week, and incorporates 1 to 2 weeks of de-load after micro cycles. Built to Perform initiative is separate from our casual and full time programs.

We’re overstocked with rowers, assault bikes, weightlifting bars, bumper plates, kettlebells, sleds, prowlers and a whole lot more. Stretch out and sweat in our huge open floor with artificial turf. We’re always updating our equipment so you only work out with the latest equipment. Our gym also offers wodify, a smartphone app that lets you track your results and nutrition, check out the daily leaderboard, make class reservations and more.
